As Senior Division Vice President and Head of Sales, Keith Waters is responsible for the strategy and execution of sales for ADP Canada. In his role, Keith is responsible for the entire sales portfolio across Canada where he leads client growth, focused on helping businesses of all sizes reach their full potential through Human Capital Management initiatives in the new world of work.

Keith has been with ADP since 2013 and has held multiple leadership roles across the organization. Over the years, he has spearheaded initiatives that have shaped ADP’s culture, enhanced associate engagement and driven top-line revenue growth. Prior to joining ADP, Keith spent 12 years with Enterprise Holdings, 10 of which were in leadership positions.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Keith is passionate about developing talent and building high-performing teams. His diverse background gives him a unique lens to challenge the status quo and pursue impactful strategies that drive business innovation.

Keith, his wife, and their three children reside in Ontario.
