How Our Managed Payroll Service Works

Here’s how it works.

  1. You submit your hours or notify us of any changes directly into our easy to use interface from anywhere, including hours worked, new hires, terminations, maternity leave, Record of Employment (ROE) requests etc.
  2. We’ll verify and audit the payroll inputs (minimize errors, Social Insurance Number (SIN) checks etc)
  3. We’ll process payroll & submit your payments to the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA), Revenu Québec (MRQ) and Employer Health Tax (EHT) and other provincial agencies as directed.
  4. When it comes to year-end, you’ll be ready. We file all necessary year-end summaries to government agencies as directed, your behalf and for any payroll audits, we’ll liaise directly with the CRA or MRQ.
  5. Self-serve or live support is available to you and your employees year-round. View your reports online and give access to your employees to see their pay statements and tax forms.
