Vice President Field Enablement

Kelly leads the Field Enablement mandate to support businesses across all segments in Canada. In her role, Kelly provides strategic direction for project delivery, business intelligence, learning and knowledge management and business continuity, risk and privacy compliance.

Kelly is an accomplished customer service leader with extensive experience in complex operational and technical management with over 25 years of service in the Canadian Technology market. Her specialization includes operational and strategic planning, large-scale project delivery and a zeal for identifying and executing on continuous improvement opportunities.

She is a collaborative leader who leverages her commitment to coaching and developing others while delivering results. Prior to joining ADP, she held various roles at BCE in Customer Service, Finance and Field Operations.
