Division Vice President, Service Delivery
As the Division Vice President, Service Delivery, Helen is accountable for the entire Service Portfolio in Canada including, Client Success, Strategy and Operations, National Accounts, Major Accounts, Small Business Solutions, HR Outsourcing, Production and Logistics, and Tier 2 Technical Support.
With over 26 years of experience, Helen joined ADP in 2007 and began her career as the Vice President of the Project Management Office for our US based Small Business Solutions Division. Helen transitioned from Division to front line operations and was promoted to Vice President of Client Services for the largest small business region. Prior to joining ADP-Canada, Helen served as the Division Vice President of Service Operations for Small Business.
Prior to ADP, Helen held a variety of positions in all aspects of project management for companies such as EDS and Key Bank. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green belt. Helen has her Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
