Vice President, Managing Counsel
Liane Lagroix leads the legal team at ADP Canada, reporting into the ADP Corporate Legal Department located in Roseland, NJ, USA. She is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team of ADP Canada Co., the Canadian subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADP). In her role, Liane provides counsel and strategic legal advice to the executive team, as well as oversees compliance, manages litigation and negotiates a variety of complex commercial contracts. Liane is also the designated privacy officer for ADP Canada and, in this capacity, she acts as local liaison to the ADP Global Privacy Officer and has oversight for the Canadian operations’ privacy program. Liane joined ADP Canada over ten years ago as its first in-house counsel before moving into her current role in 2012.
Prior to joining ADP, Liane was Legal Counsel at StorageTek Canada, and prior to that she was an associate at the law firm of Keyser Mason Ball LLP in Mississauga, Ontario. She is a licensed lawyer in Ontario and British Columbia and is also a member of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Liane earned her Law degree from Dalhousie University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa. Liane is fluently bilingual.
