Our value proposition, or Service Profit Chain, articulates a model of continuously building value creation for associates, clients and shareholders. Simply put, we believe that associate satisfaction drives client satisfaction which leads to increased client loyalty which, in turn, results in increased revenues and profits. Sustained healthy revenues and profits allow us to reward associates (and shareholders) which, in turn, contributes to associate satisfaction, loyalty and retention which leads to client satisfaction…...Our three key corporate objectives are a direct reflection of our Service Profit Chain philosophy: 1.
