Production Technology
Production Technology is responsible for the activities related to the payroll production cycle and the related report requirements. This includes:
- Verification of client input and control of job execution
- Accurate printing of pay documents, reports and tax form output and envelope insertion of documents
- Accurate assembly of payroll and tax output based on client requirements
- Accurate dispatching of output to client locations using various delivery channels
- Execution of disciplined processes in production cycle to achieve quality goals
- Planned standard operation procedures to recover from unplanned, adverse events.
Departments included within Production Technology are Production Control, Print and Insertion, Assembly and Final Inspection, Delivery, and Quality and Process Management.
