Information Technology

At ADP Canada, Information Technology is comprised of two primary groups – Technlogy Infrastructure Systems Development.

Technlogy Infrastructure Services group is responsible for the operation of ADP Canada’s systems infrastructure. This includes:

  • Activities and accountabilities associated with the daily operation of systems.
  • Performance and capacity planning, system availability.
  • Resiliency and planning as well as support functions for ADP Canada associates.

Departments included within Technlogy Infrastructure Services are Computer Operations, Production Support, Network Services (Voice and Data),  Technical Services (Host and Open Systems), Security, Business Continuity, Change Control Management, and the Associate Support Centre.

The Systems Development group is responsible for the planning, analysis, requirements, design, development, testing, documentation and roll out of new applications and system changes.

The members of the team also act as escalation points and subject matter experts for our internal clients. A variety of systems using different technologies are supported and developed by these teams, from internal financial systems to client software and e-business solutions.

Growth through Product Leadership is key for ADP Canada. The Systems Development team is committed to providing the best products first to both internal and external clients. Departments included within Systems Development are Technology Planning, Project Management Office, Product Services, Business Services, Payroll Systems, Financial Systems, Business Systems and e-Business Systems.
